Longer Resource IDs

Starting in January 2016, Amazon has started using longer identifiers for some of it's resources.

For example, previously, an EC2 instance ID would look like i-12345678. Now, instance IDs can look like i-1234567890abcdef1.
​ 
Skeddly fully supports longer resource identifiers for all resource types. So you can safely opt-in to the longer resource IDs and Skeddly will work properly. No configuration changes are required.
