If you have replaced your smart-phone, or for any other reason, need to have multi-factor authentication removed from your Skeddly account, please contact us.

After verifying some identity information, we can remove the multi-factor authentication from your account. This will allow you to access your Skeddly account using your username and password alone.

Once inside your account, you can re-enable multi-factor authentication using your new smart-phone.
