You may attempt to sign-in to Skeddly using SAML single sign-on, and receive the following error:

​ Issuer not present in specified provider
​ 
This error will occur when the Skeddly Identity Provider specified in the SAML assertion (configured in your organization's Identity Provider) does not have matching metadata from your organization's Identity Provider.
​ 
For example, you downloaded the IdP metadata from your organization's Identity Provider, then uploaded that to Skeddly to create a Skeddly Identity Provider and retrieved the SRN for that Skeddly Identity Provider.
​ 
Then, you used that Skeddly same SRN in another "app", "integration", or "relying trust" that would have different IdP metadata.
