Information on why your credit card statements may not match your Skeddly invoices

Skeddly charges credit cards in Canadian dollars. If your credit card is not in Canadian dollars, then your bank will automatically convert to your local currency.

It is not possible for us to charge in any currency other than Canadian dollars.

It is not possible for our receipts and invoices to match the value actually charged on your credit card. We cannot provide a currency-converted invoice. This is because your local bank is performing the currency exchange after the charge happens.

Most accounting departments do not require the invoice value to match your credit card statement when currency exchanges are involved.
