Data Processing Agreements (DPA)

Many countries and regions have laws and rules about personal identifiable information, data residency, etc. One high-profile example of this is the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

While Skeddly fully supports such laws in spirit, and we work very hard to ensure we adhere to them, we will not sign your Data Processing Agreement. This is primarily due to:

  • the complicated mix of responsibilities between Skeddly and Skeddly's users,

  • legal costs required in reviewing individual DPAs.

If you require a DPA be signed, we can provide to you our DPA.
