ODF Text Document (*.odt)
ODF Spreasheet (*.ods)
Do not send us a PDF to fill out.
Third-Parties
We will not provide security-related answers via third-party systems (Drata, etc.)
You must not upload our responses into third-party systems.
Artificial Intelligence (AI)
Our responses must not be uploaded to or used by any artificial intelligence (AI) system. This includes (but not limited to) OpenAI's ChatGPT, Anthropic's Claude, Google's Gemini, DeepSeek, etc.
