According to AWS security best practices, an AWS account's root access key credentials should not be used for day-to-day interactions. An AWS account's root credentials have too much power.

As such, we prevent our users from registering root credentials with Skeddly.

Instead, create an IAM role or IAM user whose only purpose is to delegate access to Skeddly.
